I am a Technical Support Specialist with over 15 years PLUS experiences in Retails. Restaurants, C-Stores and Financial institutes. Also I have been an independent contractor since Servicing retail and Property Management clients such as BCBG, Anna’s Linen, Best Buy, AEO, Goodyear, Guess, Gymboree, Josabank, Anchor Blues, Disney Emporium, Disney Gag factory, Drapers & Damon’s, Loccitane, Miss sixty, Nautica, Pac Sun wear, Stone wood Mall, West Field Mall, T-mobile, True Religion, Tourneau, Sunglass Hut, Leather Coach, G by Guess, Armani exchange, ATT, Armani exchange, Verizon, Apple, Aaron bro, and Michaels to name a few as a Service provider Representative (SPR). I\'ve been able to service hospitality (restaurants) clients such as CKE and Franchise locations (Hardees, Carls jr and La Salsa), José’s Mexican foods, Mia tortilla, Bagels Brews, Ben,Burger King, BLT Steak, Catelli’s, The Bungalow, TAPS Fish House, Portillos Hot Dogs, Maracas, Jamba Juice, Del Taco, Joe\'s Crab Shack, Rudy’s, TGI FRIDAYS, Jack-n-Box, Again as a SPR but for radiant Systems. I took on a project that was nation-wide for Intelio to installing and converting automated carwashes (YES I was working at the carwash, just like the songs goes) for C-stores clients like Circle K, Chevron, Shell, Texaco, Dutch oil, Murphy express, Kangaroo, Phillip 66, Valero, Murphy Oil, and U-Gas and tying into convenience store (c-store) POS so customers either pay at the gas pump, on the registers, or at the teller in front of carwash. I had others project with Finical Institutes such as BOFA, Wachovia, Washington Mutual, World Saving, WFHM, Wells Fargo for complete system installation. Also converted World saving to Wachovia. Swapping out and setting up new routers for the WAMU to JPMorgan conversion.
