Sold Real Estate in the Mediterranean Coast of Spain in the 70\'s. Relocated to the Raleigh-Durham Area in 1981 where I continued a successfull Real Estate Business. My goal is to provide professional Real Estate Services with knowledge and Integrity. I have worked on Real Estate transactions in a 60 mile radius from downtown Raleigh in a wide price range from 30K-1.9M. I have received six professional designations that provide the knowledge and skills to better serve my clients. The Integrity part comes from my peers electing me numerous times to serve in the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors and the NC Assoc. of Realtors Board of Directors, and President for the NC Real Estate Education Foundation in 2011, President of the Realtors Foundation of Wake County in 2016. Specialties: Residential sales of existing homes, condos, townhomes, multi-family dwellings, investment properties,offices and new construction. Relocation Specialist working with a diverse International Clientele moving to the Triangle Area, NC from across the US and overseas.
