Restructuring areas resulting in savings of at least US$500K per year and improvement on the quality and timeliness of UK public company operating in the area of water purification machines in the post-acquisition of 3 companies in the US, in issues such as integration, set up of Shared Service Center (SSC) in the US, taxation issues (income tax, sales tax, etc.), improvement in forecasting and budgeting processes as well as month end closing and analysis of Peruvian logistic group in integration of subsidiaries in Mexico and Peru, integrating the accounting systems and structure, controls, cash flow planning, etc. Improved their legal structures in Mexico leading to substantial savings in taxes and a better protection of the companies’ companies in the US to optimize state and federal non income taxes, resulting in tax savings of millions of US$ via reimbursements of previous years’ taxes (such as excise taxes, etc.) as well as savings moving forward
