About Jose Reyes
As the SVP of Performance Evaluation and Monitoring department (PEM) and Corporate Compliance Officer, I Provide leadership and oversight in the areas of corporate compliance, Quality Improvement, Risk Management, data collection and outcomes. Redesigned the Performance Evaluation and Monitoring department into 4 units to address the areas above.As the Director of Quality Improvement (QI) at Rising Ground from 2008 to 2017; and under my leadership and direction, the QI Department has been redesigned and converted into a comprehensive oversight system of compliance, performance and qualitative measures. I have created a Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement function that includes internal audits, investigations, risk management assessments, development and monitoring of corrective action plans and developed a risk management system that includes: electronic reporting, ongoing incident review and assessment of trends through aggregated data collected and formatted for a more in-depth analysis. Previously, I was the Director of the Youth Development and an Aftercare Worker at Leake & Watts. I also have experience as a Bilingual teacher for the Yonkers Public School system. I have a Master of Science in School Building Leadership and hold the School Administrator/Supervisor certificate necessary to hold a school Principal\'s position as well as the School District Administrator Certificate required for the Superintendents position. In addition, I completed The Leadership Development Program at the Columbia Business School Executive Education.
