Hola,A bit about me. So I am a sibling of 4 and my mother is the youngest of 12 where learning how to communicate is key. I learned interpersonal skills at an early age. My first language is Spanish where I am fluent in. Going into the customer service and hospitality field was relatively easy for me because I am a people person and understanding ones needs is where I strive in. I also have 15+ years in the customer service experience and have CSR under my belt.Took a public speaking course in college. Needless to say I enjoy getting to know people. This is where Tech Sales comes into play. I have spent months going through an intensive online course in technology sales development. I have read books like How to Win Friends and Influence People, Fanatical Prospecting, and SPIN Selling. I have also learned skills like researching new prospects, cold outreach (Email, Phone, LinkedIn), and running a discovery call using SPIN and BANT.I have the strive and devotion to succeed. I am looking to obtain a position as a sales development rep where I can apply the knowledge I have spent time learning and to put into practice these skills. I will be an excellent resource to your sales development team and commit to the continued growth of the company.
