   Formed in 2008, Millennium Physician Group has grown into one of the largest comprehensive multispecialty practices with more than 2500 employees and more than 600 health care providers located throughout Southwest Florida. With corporate headquarters in Fort Myers, Florida, Millennium Physician Group consists of primary care offices, Imaging Centers, Lab Services and Wellness Programs. A majority of our physicians are board certified in their specialty, with some receiving additional certifications in the areas of: Cardiology, Endocrinology, Emergency Medicine, Nephrology, Rheumatology, Pediatrics, and Orthopedic Surgery.• Routinely meet with practice providers and leadership, to address each practice needs, including overall growth strategy, and ancillary services opportunities.• Create monthly reporting packages and presentations of financial statements to executive board,(P&L’s & Balance Sheets) for multiple entities by business units, specialty, physician, and Mid-Level.• Implement several new purchasing and contracting policies for the medical practice group, laboratory, and ancillary services, in order to increase the productivity of day-to-day operations and ultimately generate revenue.• Conduct medical specialty analysis, discovering the most effective strategies to develop new revenue streams for the physician offices.• Provide education to practice managers on new or cost saving strategies, alternative products, GPO contracting utilization.• Together with Billing and coding department, provide advice on current coding procedures to the practice staff (Vaccines, Specialty Injectables).• Develop Purchasing reports of each Physician Practice, and analyze purchasing patterns, while encouraging a cost saving culture across all practice staff
