ABOUT JOSE MOLINA

Illinois State University Graduate Fellow continuing education in the field of Anthropology- Applied Community and economic Development. Eager to keep learning, growing and promoting sustainable community and social development. Bi-lingual, fluent Spanish and English, with inter-cultural experience allowing me to work with people from all walks of life. Domestic and international experience facilitating difficult conversations, organizing groups, designing material, scheduling, advertising, fundraising, starting grassroot projects while measuring, reporting and evaluating the data collected. I began working with my parents, providing my support at their janitorial jobs, while in middle school. Since then, my consistent time management and work ethic have aided me through sports, school and working at McDonalds, interning at the Office of Multicultural Affairs, executive positions in various clubs/committees, being a fitness room attendant, member of the inclusive campus committee, mentor for the multicultural overnight mentor program, intership at the office of multicultural affairs, Peace Corps Costa Rica and now Graduate School. Looking to continue my professional development, networking and education for future partnerships and employment opportunities.
