A) Technical role:1) Take technical responsibility for the QA of the project, handling all interfaces and cross-project dependencies.2) Comply with the company\'s testing requirements and ensure a permanently high level of QA.3) Consult with Team Leads and Leads, plan and implement other special tasks (test sheet reviews, software evaluations, etc.).4) Act as a point of contact for all employees in the team and for questions from other departments.5) Effective test planning: take final responsibility for the reliability of the tests, and assign tasks to the employees in the department.6) Identify and address problems and delays in tests (early on), develop proposals for solutions, and support the Team Lead in planning necessary measures to implement them.7) Assist in testing after consultation with the Team Lead and approval from the Lead.8) Take responsibility for the content of test sheets (e.g. prioritization of test cases) in consultation with the Team Lead and PjM.B) Organizational role:1) Represent the interests of all the employees in the department on the project-level.2) Collaborate closely with the other employees responsible for the project (Team Lead, Project Managers, Product Managers, Designers & First Devs, and the Team Lead).3) Regularly share cross-project information with the other First QAs and the Team Lead, Lead.4) Assess the performance of team members in employee feedback talks together with the Team Lead and Lead.5) Initiate or carry out necessary meetings (in consultation with Team Leads or Lead, and ensure an efficient flow of information).Projects- Heroes Realm (First QA)(mobile)- Goodgame Empire (First QA)- Goodgame Gangster (First QA)- Goodgame Big Farm (First QA)- Triple prototype (First QA)- Tech & Shop Team (QA)- Goodgame Galaxy (QA)- Empire four Kingdoms (QA)
