As the Sr Manager of Technical and Subsurface Engineering for the Americas Region at Repsol, I support the Executive Director of Development and Production by managing the technical and SE activities and managers of our nine business units, from Bolivia to Canada, including the Alaska Pikka Project Development. I have over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, spanning exploration, development, and production, in both conventional and unconventional resources, deepwater, offshore, and onshore environments. I hold a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Structural Geology from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. I am skilled in geology, petrophysics, reservoir development, and drilling, and I have a strong interest in people and technology. My mission is to enable and empower my team to deliver high-quality results, optimize the performance and value of our assets, and ensure the safety and sustainability of our operations. I am very executive, efficient, and business-oriented, and I thrive in challenging and dynamic situations.
