We set a new bar for distribution and engagement across self-published creative works, closer creator-fan interactions and more meaningful experiences for the readers in the medium, whether they\'re reading on the web or through one of our apps. Main objectives: • Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organisational vision, operations strategy and hiring levels • Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organisation-wide goal setting, performance management and annual operations planning • Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive so that organisational goals are met • Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management and retention Key responsibilities: • Analyse internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement • Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the CEO • Oversee operations, marketing and HR • Monitor performance and take corrective measures when necessary • Build and maintain trusting relationships with creators, readers and other clients, partners or stakeholders
