Responsible for the complete management of both pre and post-sales support personnel. Assist in designing training for company personnel and OEM and Dealer Partnerships at various levels including but not limited to c-levels.Provides sales consultants support for: o Product installation, presentations, and demonstrations.o Training customers on how to use the NDD Print proprietary MPS/360.o Respond to RFP.Presales • Preparation and presentation of demos, proof of concept of solutions• Interpretation of customers’ business / functional requirements and related documentation• Develop and test POC / projects per user requirements• Preparation of proposals• Liaise with the sales team for POC, meetings, etc. • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts• Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations• Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel• Communicate effectively at all client levels, including Executive levels• Maintain quality of service by establishing and enforcing organization standards • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; review professional publications; establish personal networks; benchmark state-of-the-art practices; participate in professional venues • Support for the NDD Print Solutions for installation, configuration, and troubleshooting Tier 1, 2, and 3.
