Work closely with the Ministerial Team and the North American Division Administration for Division wide projects.Implement evangelism initiatives for the Division, Unions, Conferences, Pastors, Churches.Develop evangelism resources for pastors and local church leaders.Oversee Adventist Mission (Global Mission) for Church planting opportunities, and training in North America.Chair the Global Mission Committee and distribution of funding for new church plants in the Division.Chair the Transformational Evangelism Committee for the Division.Serve as liaison with all Adventist Ministerial Departments in the Division.Conduct evangelistic growth programs and seminars for young pastors.Collaborate with the North American Division Evangelism Institute (NADEI) and other select entities in the development of formal evangelistic educational programs in the Division.Communicate with students at the Andrews University Theological Seminary, arrange and conduct annual visits with the Ministerial Director.
