   The Executive Director serves as a steward of EforAll’s mission and stakeholders, setting the strategic vision and collaborating with a creative and resourceful team that enables entrepreneurs to turn their dreams into businesses. In addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Greater Worcester site, the Executive Director is the primary fundraiser and spokesperson for EforAll/EparaTodos. With the support of a local Leadership Advisory Board and the Programs Director, the Executive Director ensures the organization is fiscally sound, and that its internal and external communications, development, and programs meet the current and emergent needs of its constituents.
