In 2011, transitioned into a new role within PGIM as an Asset Management liaison on an Investment Management Systems Modernization project, reporting to the lead Project Manager and collaborating with Systems, Operations, and Asset Management to implement new reporting processes while ensuring the fulfillment of Asset Management\'s reporting needs. Since 2012, Jose has been an Asset Manager across all major property types, closing over 80 developments, acquisitions, and dispositions totaling over $6.5Bn. Jose currently leads PGIM\'s Southeast Multifamily Asset Management team, with direct oversight of approximately 30 projects totaling 10k units. Joined PGIM\'s Transactions team in June 2025, focusing on Dispositions in the Southeast and TX.
