Contributed to Sanofi’s pipeline by defining target MOA and advancing Immuno-Oncology programs-Providing standards to facilitate the generation of multispecific molecules to asses their therapeutic role-Developed in vitro co-culture assays to screen bispecific nanobodies and antibodies-Working transversely; interacted with the Nanobody Research Platform, Disease Profiling & Functional Genomics Group, Molecular and Digital Histopathology, Competitive Intelligence, Pre-Clinical Safety, Biologics Research, Translational Science and In Vivo Pharmacology-Acted as a preceptor supporting and supervising practical training of less experienced colleagues to further develop their skills.Highlights• Cell types include human primary cells (T-cells, monocyte-derived macrophages, and Treg). Mouse splenocytes were used to implement human studies.• Cell-based studies include cytotoxicity/cell proliferation assays using ATPlite, Caspase assays for apoptosis, cell isolation and differentiation, mixed lymphocyte reactions (MLR), inflammatory mediator release using Multiplex ELISA Array, and immunophenotyping by FACS.
