Establish process to engage and track inactive candidates to move forward in the recruitment process resulting in a 10% decrease in fallout for hard-to-fill roles as well as generated movement of applications as high as 40% within a 4-week period• Lead in the planning and executing of sourcing job fairs in the community including leading and managing overall event operation, networking and build relationships with community clients, and creating event marketing with Marketing partners• Project manage recruitment efforts of new properties opening and reopening for WDW with initiatives including creation of job postings as well as partnering with different stakeholders including Labor Relations, Operations, Training, Global HR, executives, among others • Serve as recruitment point of contact for Housekeeping and Textile Services lines of businesses conducting full-cycle recruitment tasks including sourcing, job postings, resume reviews, pre-screens, and interviews• Develop and deliver DE & I initiatives and content for domestic Casting recruitment operations including vetting job postings through Textio and facilitating monthly virtual discussions around DE & I• Deliver quality candidates through recruitment sourcing via social media and professional networking channels for hard-to-fill roles
