I’m a mission-driven leader with over a decade of experience advancing equity, human rights, and public accountability. My career has spanned strategic communications, policy planning, and executive leadership—always rooted in the belief that government and institutions can be a force for dignity and justice when it listens deeply and acts boldly.I currently serve as Chief of Staff at the NYC Commission on Human Rights, where I advise executive leadership, manage agency-wide priorities, and coordinate strategic partnerships. My work focuses on aligning day-to-day operations with long-term vision—ensuring our outreach, enforcement, and policy efforts deliver for New Yorkers who need it most.Before this role, I served as the agency’s Executive Director of Communications & Marketing—leading high-impact campaigns, building new cross-team initiatives, and strengthening how we communicate the law’s protections to the public.Prior to joining CCHR, I was Director of Family Empowerment & Communications at the NYC Department of Education, where I led outreach and engagement efforts for families of students with disabilities across the city\'s public school system.I’ve built my career at the intersection of policy, communications, and community—and I remain committed to building systems that empower, protect, and reflect the people they serve.
