Identify and attract job seekers for a variety of contracts – funded positions as well as for bid and proposal positions, including managing contingent offers and/or letters of intent for key personnel. Collaborate with HR, Recruiters and Hiring Managers to deeply understand the requirements of our jobs, their business function, and how they fit into the organization. Partner closely with the HR Onboarding team, ensuring seamless transition for candidates and hiring managers moving from selection phases to the pre-employment checks and the onboarding process. Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals & Perform a variety of tasks.
