ABOUT JOSCHA RAUE

I’m a dreamer and doer inspired by the vision of a future of human and planetary flourishing. We\'re facing a crisis of disconnection - so the essence of my work is all about creating companies, platforms, and spaces for deeper connection.I started my first company Think-it while studying, scaled to 70+ people and becoming a profitable category leader in data collaboration.Currently I\'m pouring my energy into Planetir - an ecosystem platform built to deepen connection and collaboration between creators of positive change. We use AI and collective intelligence to connect people, knowledge, capital, and opportunities across previously fragmented communities and efforts.We amplify the incredible work that people and communities out there are already doing - giving them the tools, support system, and visibility to take the next step and fulfil their mission.I like to be led by larger questions, so here are a few current inquiries:How can we help people to move from fear to trust?How do we design AI that is fuelling our creative expression, not endless consumption?How do we create a digital platform that sparks authentic connection? What can we do together that we cannot do alone?How can I make the current moment more magical?I believe that- We are all one - Systems change needs to happen inside-out through elevating our individual and collective consciousness- Current systems are dominated by distorted masculinity - providing safety for the feminine to rise is key to success- Technology is an extension of ourselves - the consciousness we build from matters.Besides being an Entrepreneur I\'m also a Burner and love hosting gatherings where we blend different influences and modalities to create moments of peak experience. Over the last decade I went deeper into different embodiment practices as well as Tantra as a path to expanding my consciousness and developing more intimacy with life. As a private passion, I offer intimacy coaching for selected male leaders. Our world is out of balance—shaped by a system that glorifies distorted masculinity—so the path to healing lies in creating safe space for the feminine to re-emerge in us all, empowering men especially to lead from grounded, integrated wholeness.I\'m all about authentic connections, so if any of this resonates with you or got you curious, please reach out.I sometimes take time to respond - please know it\'s nothing personal, just a result of trying to be present in the moment in my very colorful life 🤗Much 🧡Joscha
