After carving out and scaling Digital Charging Solutions GmbH (DCS) into Europe’s leading service provider for car-integrated EV charging services, I’ve embarked on a new mission: accelerating the electrification of commercial transportation.As CEO and Co-Founder of Evolve Energy GmbH, I’m building the company and technology behind depotcharge – the first marketplace dedicated to shared depot charging. Our vision is to make depot charging infrastructure accessible, efficient, and collaborative, enabling a smarter and faster transition to zero-emission fleets.I bring over a decade of experience in building and scaling ventures, from growing organizations from 7 to 250 people, to leading cross-functional teams of 30+, and driving business development and partnerships across Europe and beyond. My background spans strategic expansion, revenue growth, international partnerships, M&A, and navigating high-growth environments from seed to scale.Beyond my executive role at Evolve, I continue to serve as Senior Advisor to the Board of DCS, and support an ed-tech start-up as an angel investor and advisor, driven by a belief in equitable access to learning and opportunity.
