I build operational architecture at inflection points for member-driven and founder-led platforms.I am a C-level operator and ecosystem architect with more than two decades of experience designing and scaling high-trust member communities. My work sits at the intersection of engagement, operating discipline, and executive alignment, where growth depends on more than product. It depends on belonging, clarity, and sustained participation.Much of my has been spent inside complex, member-driven environments, helping organizations turn engagement into measurable enterprise value. I think in systems, not silos. I design structures that convert connection into retention, retention into renewal, and renewal into long-term growth.At Young Presidents Organization, a member global CEO community, I led four international business units spanning Business, Personal and Philinthropic Networks, Network Forums, Mentoring, and Member-to-Member Exchange. Working closely with boards and senior stakeholders, I helped professionalize governance, launch new engagement platforms, and materially increase participation across offerings. I learned firsthand how executive buyers evaluate technology, community investments, and strategic partners.As President and COO of Geniecast, I helped build a digital learning and expert marketplace platform from inception. We secured capital, launched product, and integrated live and digital engagement models to create sustained participation across enterprise clients. Most recently, as CEO of The Creation Companies, I built curated peer environments for founders and leadership teams, developing infrastructure that strengthened engagement while improving margins and operational clarity.I operate at the executive level, initiating thoughtful conversations, and helping leaders frame their engagement strategy in practical terms. My instinct is to listen first, connect strategic priorities to tangible solutions, and build long-term relationships grounded in trust.Whether inside a global membership organization, a founder-led platform, or a growth-stage enterprise, I bring calm presence, commercial awareness, and a deep understanding of what makes communities durable and impactful.
