ABOUT JOS M.
I am a self-driven young professional with a good amount of leading experience in military logistics. With project managing experience for projects like transporting 100+ trucks and trailers into the Baltic states for the eFP mission, field training exercises, etc. I am well prepared for all kinds of tasks in the military and in a civil working environment. In my almost 10 years of working as a leader in the German Federal Armed Forces I had the chance to develop a hands-on mentality to attack all sorts of problems and tasks both on my own and within groups. Especially during my time as a platoon leader, I learnt how to be a good communicator and to find solutions with my well experienced and also partly much older Squad Leaders. During my deployment I was the professional advisor for the commander for all questions regarding international and regional movement and transportation In my new position as a speaker for foreign affairs and international politics I have got the chance to develop my communicating skills even more. It is a representative position in which I have to learn to understand complex contexts and to simplify them adjusted to the audience.
