ABOUT JORY DELLINGER

With over 12 years of experience in the Boy Scouts of America, I am a passionate and visionary leader who oversees the strategic direction, operations, and fundraising of the Montana Council as the Scout Executive/CEO. I have a proven track record of developing and maintaining strong relationships with major donors, securing multiple large gifts, and increasing the council\'s revenue and impact. I also lead the marketing and communications efforts, enhancing the council\'s brand and reputation, and engaging with various stakeholders and partners. I have a background in business management and communications, and I have honed my skills in marketing, social media, and event planning. My core competencies include leadership, strategic planning, relationship building, problem solving, and collaboration. I am committed to the mission and values of the BSA, and I strive to empower and inspire the youth, volunteers, and staff in the Montana Council. I am always eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the success and sustainability of the BSA.
