Having spent 20 years working in recruitment I\'ve experienced (at the coal face) what it\'s like to be an in-house recruiter and manager. Having 20 years experience in recruitment and human resources with the majority of that experience leading recruitment activity I have deep subject matter expertise alongside delivering training, project management and a keen appetite for change and development. I love to find ways to continuously improve the way we do things in TA and undertaking projects to enable this is my passion. I believe in challenging the \"why\" and ensuring that doing the right thing is central to decision making whilst maintaining compassion and purpose. I can help TA leaders through delivering comprehensive training programmes to both TA teams and hiring managers or via our consultancy service to undertake audits, provide recommendations and implement solutions.
