I believe capital should do two things well: protect families and build the world we want to live in.My career has been focused on private real estate investing and alternative investment strategies, with a strong emphasis on long term discipline, tax efficient outcomes, and investor alignment. At MLG Capital, I have had the privilege of working closely with accredited investors, family offices, and advisors to help provide them and their clients allocation exposure to diversified private real estate fund strategies built for durable cash flow, downside protection, and compounding wealth.During my time at MLG, I underwrote hundreds of opportunities and regularly participated in Investment Committee discussions that evaluated billions of dollars of commercial real estate transactions. This gave me exposure to an institutional foundation in how high-quality real estate investments are sourced, diligenced, structured, and ultimately executed across market cycles. I also had the opportunity to participate in due diligence efforts and trips, and to be directly involved in select transactions from sourcing, underwriting and everything required through closing.In parallel, I serve as President and Co-Founder of Cordon Housing, a veteran focused affordable housing nonprofit. Our work centers on developing and preserving high quality housing for those who served, while building partnerships across developers, lenders, municipalities, philanthropic capital, and mission-driven Veteran Service Organizations. Building affordable housing has reinforced what I believe is true in all areas of capital allocation: the best outcomes require strong teams, disciplined process, and a long-term mindset.I am passionate about helping people make high conviction decisions in the private markets, and about building systems that align capital with values, resilience, and generational impact.I am always happy to connect with accredited investors exploring private real estate allocations, and with affordable housing developers who care about building meaningful, long-term partnerships that create real impact rather than surface level collaboration.
