About Jorie Antuma

In 2015, I accidentally found myself joining the startup of a startup—supporting a two-person brand consulting group with the project management skills and creative execution knowhow I had obsessively absorbed through marketing roles at two higher ed institutions. It was supposed to be a temporary gig, but six months later every light bulb in my brainspace was fully lit—the combination of being immersed in research (the logic my brain craves), the drive to discover authenticity (sorting through feelings and perceptions), the unending problem solving gymnastics, and the pace of learning and producing that comes with the territory. While everything has changed since 2015, not much has changed. I’m still incredibly energized by analyzing brand strategy, unpacking human motivation, and tackling sticky organizational puzzles. I need to understand the \"Why\" but want to steer the \"How.\" What started as a focus on account and project management, turned into P/L operations, turned into company-wide systems, policies, compliance, talent, and culture. Curiosity is my driving force, and, right now, I’m unendingly curious about how to build a scaling business where people actually want to show up.
