About Jorge Urias Garza

I am an architect and real estate developer working between Mexico and the United States. I serve as President of UG+ Desarrollos, a real estate development and property management firm focused on residential and mixed-use projects in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico. My work connects architecture, investment, and long-term urban growth.I am also the founder and principal of Jorge Urias Studio, an architecture and design practice working on residential and commercial projects. The studio has received national and international recognition.In addition, I founded Benito Greene Arte Público, a public art initiative that places contemporary artworks on large-scale billboards across Ciudad Juárez, expanding access to art in the urban environment.I regularly participate in teaching, lectures, and design juries in both Mexico and the United States.
