Jorge Martinez is a real estate professional whose primary goal is to educate his community on how to build wealth through real estate. After graduating from CSU East Bay in 2015, he started working in the tech industry. Come the COVID-19 pandemic, Jorge was among the masses who were laid off due to pandemic uncertainty in the tech world. Forced to pivot, Jorge kept his eyes and heart open. In September 2020 he was approached by a real estate broker who admired his ability to connect with anyone and everyone. This broker offered Jorge mentorship and guidance in the early stages of his career and even offered to have all of his real estate fees covered. Jorge thought, “I’d be crazy to pass up a free real estate license.” By August 2021, Jorge was officially a licensed realtor.Fast forward to March 2022, he made the decision to switch from a small boutique brokerage to Fast Real Estate brokered by EXP Realty. Little did he know, this move would be the best decision he could have made. Jorge began shadowing top producers so he could to learn what strategies he could implement into his own business. He quickly realized using social media to connect with his community on a personal level was his most powerful tool. He is thriving and loving his career change. Jorge is forever grateful to the broker who believed in him and can’t wait to keep crushing his real estate goals. He’s just getting started.
