Responsible for implementing the IPC\'s Sport for Mobility project by organising annual Regional Sport Training events, managing the Mentoring Hub grants and delivering annually the Para Athlete Professionals course, initiatives designed to develop athletes, cultivate leaders, and expand participation across the Paralympic Movement- Led the 2025 Regional Sport Training in Namibia, a capacity-building initiative certifying 86 African Para athletics and powerlifting professionals (athletes, coaches, officials, classifiers) from 16 nations. Participants returned home as certified multipliers of Para sport development, directly strengthening grassroots ecosystems across the region- Launched the Para Athlete Professionals course, empowering 20 retiring Paralympians annually to transition into leadership roles through a structured 7-month program featuring skills development, expert mentorship, and career planning, while ensuring gender balance and regional diversity across cohorts- Administer the Mentoring Hubs programme, managing €250K in annual grants to 5 IPC members, enabling regional training centres that support 150+ athletes, coaches, and classifiers from developing NPCs through structured knowledge-sharing and capacity-building initiatives.
