Oversee and create the writing digital content (copy) as well as the visual content to communicate the right information to impact the clients - Manage and execute the content of social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube) to keep customers informed of their most up to date promotions or any important information- Coordinate, manage and execute the campaigns and strategies to display in social media - Plan and execute special events related to the company (Fb and Ig Lives, contests, giveaways, etc) thanks to the developed strong relationship with online audiences and influencers - Work together with many countries globally to align the worldwide Vorwerk group campaigns and strategies Liase and work together with the communications department to contribute to elaborate communications initiatives, annually work plans, write articles and blogs - Work together and closely in the alliance that was made between the 3 countries of North America (Mexico, the United States and Canada) to align and integrate content and campaigns - Coordinate and optimize the content displayed in mobile applications of the company and website (with the use of CMS - Contentful)- Encourage the purchase decision of customers, followers and users on managed social networks, in order to increase sales, thanks to great and passionate customer service - Responsible for the first point of contact for the customer service team, receiving messages on social media to handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns
