As Executive Director, I lead production operations and project management for Studio overseeing the end-to-end delivery of multicultural content for top brand partners. Key responsibilities include:> Directly manage the Project Management team, driving execution across branded content for paid partnerships, both custom and sponsored.> Collaborate closely with the Production team, Creative Directors, Paid Social, Branded Editor, and Pre-Sales and Media Solutions teams to align production and creative workflows from RFP through final delivery.> Partner with Client Services (AM) and Finance teams to ensure accurate scoping, budgeting, invoicing, and project reconciliation.> Oversee review, distribution, and internal stakeholder alignment for Client Agreements (CCAs, MIAs) and talent contracts, ensuring timely approvals and signatures.> Develop and optimize scalable production processes, resource management systems, and operational best practices to support growth.> Manage project scopes, timelines, and client communications, ensuring seamless, on-time, and on-budget delivery.> Champion operational excellence, creative collaboration, and cultural authenticity across all Studio initiatives.
