As a Technical Support Engineer, my role is to provide world-class technical support to customers who may be experiencing problems with products or services. I pride myself on being able to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly. I attend training courses, conferences and collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and experience.
