About Jorge Maisonet-Colon

I bridge strategy and orchestration as an Orchestrategist—designing the systems where innovation and execution converge. My path began in cancer biology research, where I published in drug development and trained at MD Anderson before transitioning into venture building.Through founding the Patient Support Network (PSN), I spent years testing healthcare access and financing models, working with hospitals, nonprofits, and investors. Over time, those experiments evolved into PSN-AI, a proof-of-concept for AI-driven patient navigation. This became the first application under SyncOrch, the orchestration system I founded, built on the Tension OS methodology that underpins all of my ventures and consulting work.Alongside building ventures, I apply Tension OS in consulting engagements, helping leaders map systemic tensions and trade-offs to design resilient strategies in AI, healthcare, and emerging technologies.Today, I focus on AI business strategy and multi-agent orchestration, applying both technical foresight and systemic reasoning to build trustworthy collaboration between humans and AI.For more information, visit jorgemaisonetcolon.com.
