Provide escalation support to Service Desk staff to resolve complex issues.\\\\n- Maintain system images for sever deployments.\\\\n- Manage backup including scheduling, monitoring, and necessary remediation.\\\\n- Monitor and review endpoint security management client software for latest updates.\\\\n- Monitor Lansweeper and OpManager for system alerts. Review hardware and approved software inventory.\\\\n- Create reports to assess trends from work orders and inventory for management review.\\\\n- Create and update procedures/processes for IT support and perform periodic review to ensure documented procedures/processes are current.\\\\n- Perform Microsoft security updates and patches to server OS.\\\\n- Maintain and support the O365 environment. Including the building and deployment of software installations and patching. Use of Azure and Forescout scripting to perform these items.\\\\n- Azure maintains and supports Group policies and security requirements.\\\\n- Manage AD including device, user, and group permissions. Support AD components issues including Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.\\\\n- Provide support and administrative duties for SharePoint, print servers, UPS, and telecommunication issues.\\\\n- Business continuity and disaster recovery testing.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
