As a Junior Engineer, my role is crucial in ensuring that the manufacturing process of radiators, engine oil coolers, and transmission oil coolers fins runs smoothly and efficiently. I am responsible for supervising and assisting in the production process, ensuring that the fins are manufactured according to the required specifications and quality standards. Additionally, I conduct preventive maintenance of the fins machines, troubleshoot and repair equipment when necessary, and monitor the production process to identify and address any issues that may arise.I work closely with other members of the production team to ensure that production targets are met and that all safety protocols are followed at all times. In addition to my primary responsibilities, I also specialize in Radiators Core Plating, where I manually place header plates onto every radiator core. I am proficient in performing radiator maintenance procedures such as radiator core flushing, utilizing specialized cleaning solutions to remove debris and blockages, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.As a Junior Engineer, I play a vital role in maintaining the quality of the manufactured products, optimizing the production process, and ensuring that all equipment is functioning at its best. I take pride in my work, and I am committed to delivering the best results possible in my position.
