As Industry Certification Facilitator at the St. Vrain Valley Schools Innovation Center, I was part of the team that designed a new initiative: the Opportunity CLIMB program, which connects high school students to real-world, in-demand technical skills. My work bridges education and industry by building pathways in AWS, Cisco, and Salesforce certifications, helping students graduate ready for the modern workforce.Highlights:Designed and launched an online certification program serving 40+ high school students in its pilot year.Developed a mentorship and work-based learning model combining technical skill-building with professional development.Partnered with teachers, career coordinators, and local industry professionals to provide hands-on field trips and applied learning experiences.Evaluated and optimized online learning platforms to improve engagement and program completion.
