Act as the Product Owner/Product Manager for the Global Sales Operation’s team for the infrastructure development of Sales Software, managing a team of 10 IT Engineers.• Provide the definition of the work needed to improve Sales Software, including researching for VOC, product planning and specific product requirements.• Coordinate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to clarify and hand over product requirements & specifications for the whole development team.• Prioritized development tasks based on market need and ensure deadlines to ensure improvements are moved to production as forecasted.• Responsible for communicating with Managers, Directors and other team’s Product Owners current project status and goals, and ensure all stakeholders across the board have a clear vision that is aligned with business objectives.• Facilitate the cohesiveness of the team despite the fast-pace nature of Agile Product Development, helping remove obstacles the team has and coordinating with the Scrum Master that everyone in the team is participated in the project equally.• Created the product roadmap of the project, making sure the team has the right vision of the expected end product/improvement.• Share with all stakeholders a high-level, strategic visual summary and provide clarification to the team’s goals and objectives.• Verify and sign-off the execution of the teams work and communicate the business value.• Manage the product backlog, responsible for the overall deployment strategy and making sure this backlog contains features, utilizing the project management triangle: Cost, Time, Quality.• Implemented SPC for the monitoring of current activities by the Sales Software and root cause data points that were out of control, translating them into process improvement opportunities.
