Project Manage the development and sustainment of the Enterprise Data Strategy (EDS) of the bank by efficient consultant engagement, proactive compliance of all project requirements and precise leadership reporting resulting in a board approved strategy implementation.• Support the creation of the new ARC (AI + Research and Commercialization) PMO by engaging leadership on requirements for the set up of the new organization, constant communication/engagement with the PMPO for proper compliance for the set up and compliant transfer of previous projects under DnA to new PMO (Planned launch of new PMO for Nov 2025).• Project Manage the Information Delivery Platform (IDP) team for Project Sirius (launch of the VIPorter Mastercard) by coordination of data loads/validation and testing efforts from the 30+ E2E flows part of the initiative, immediate solution development for any issues faced and constant reporting of IDP’s project status to IDP and project leadership, resulting on successful launch of Phase 1 in March 2025. • Project Manage the Big ID On Premises Deployment project from start by efficient creation of project management artifacts (communications plan, status reports, project team meetings, etc.), and continuous supervision of all the tasks in development of the project resulting in a smooth business and technology engagement towards the main deliverable of the project (Jun 2024 Deployment)• Program Manage the Vault Ecosystem Integration program by constant engagement between the four different projects part of the program, efficient triple constraint reviews and updates with stakeholders/leadership; and precise program leadership alignment and reporting resulting in an efficient planned deployment for the program (Planned Deployment: 2025)
