I am an experienced engineer in high speed and semi-automated manufacturing, delivering process and quality engineering expertise at both manufacturing and corporate environments. I use Lean Six Sigma tools to problem solve, drive process improvement, and implement systems. During my career I have worn different hats and have become the subject matter expert in different subjects and implemented systems such as total productive maintenance, process standardization, operational excellence, process validation / process qualification, and consumer complaints handling. I make decisions based on data using risk and quality tools such as capability studies, design of experiments, gauge repeatability and reproducibility, failure mode and effect analysis, and statistical analyses.
