To consistently provide the absolute best care and to constantly improve healthcare delivery.As a clinician and medical director at Scripps healthcare I focused on standardization of psychiatric care, to improve outcome and decrease variance. A principal interest is the integration of medical and psychiatric care, knowing that insufficient attention to one can compromise both. The Scripps Physicians Leadership Academy which I have been a member of since 2010 has allowed to learn from and interact with national leaders in healthcare. I strongly believe that best healthcare is also the most cost efficient.
