I have a wealth of experience working in the hospitality industry and it has been my dream to open my own restaurant in Norwich city Centre. I will be managing the front of house and look forward to receiving customers the same way I receive friends and family at my home.“Jorge’s” is a small intimate space for people to enjoy delicious food with a very special ambience. Everything from the interior design, menu and atmosphere feels very personal to me, I look forward to delivering an exceptional customer experience with a fun and relaxing environment with the very best of southern European food. Our menu is very heavily influenced by my home country Portugal.Having worked for several years as a sommelier, wine and the paring of food with wine is very important to me. MEET JORGE My passion for Portuguese cuisine and hospitality began in Portugal with my mother Berta, and was honed through years working with world-class ingredients and wines aboard 6-star cruise liners alongside the industry\'s finest professionals.
