Creating a real impact and getting valuable results is an exciting opportunity in today’s environment. From the beginning of my career, I have been motivated by working with diverse teams, discovering that each person brings a unique perspective to tackling challenges. 🤝 This early experience taught me something fundamental: the success of a project depends not only on good planning but also on understanding the people involved and adapting strategies to bring out the best in everyone. Today, with my experience in Business Analysis and Project Management, I enjoy building solutions that result in tangible outcomes and add real value. Every new challenge is an opportunity for me to learn and evolve. My achievements, including analyzing 100+ project indicators and participating in certifications such as ISO 9001:2015, demonstrate my ability to align project objectives with organizational goals, ensuring quality and efficiency. What motivates me most is knowing that each day brings the chance to learn something new and contribute to innovative projects where every detail matters. With a blend of strategic analysis, organizational skills, and a deep interest in process optimization, I continuously strive to enhance the team’s experience and deliver impactful results.
