At Ghent Fit Norfolk we change our clients\' lives with expert 1 on 1 personal training and customized nutrition counseling in your own private training room. We know that when you are in optimal health, you are free to live your best life. If you, like so many of us, have bounced between gyms, tried dozens of programs and classes, and followed every fad diet in the book with no long-term success you\'ve come to the right place. Your goals are our top priority! Here at Ghent Fit Norfolk, we are professional personal trainers. Each team member has at minimum a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Nutritional Science, Public Health, or another health-related field in addition to their nationally accredited Personal Training certifications. Continuous higher education is a priority to us, as this higher level of expertise is critical for our client\'s success. Our expert knowledge base allows us to tackle each client\'s needs head-on for the best outcome. The clients we serve are diverse with unique goals and obstacles. At some point in life, we will all have something that challenges our ability to be healthy: an accident, sports injury, chronic condition, pain, or the frustration that comes with weight loss. Whatever your obstacle may be, we run toward it, drill down the root cause, and address it. Whether that problem is due to mobility, muscular imbalance, poor technique, injury, or diet, we\'ve seen it all. Our clients come to us looking for positive change, and we help them take charge of their health!
