I love the Hospitality Industry, It has taken some serious hits in the last 20 yrs but it seems to come back even stronger. I had my first Hospitality Job when I was 19 yrs old at the Ritz Carlton In Phoenix three interviews and the final one was in a board room surrounded by Management all asking different questions. I have never experienced anything like that before it was to say the Least \" intense\" I was offered the job in Room Service the next step was a two-week training course. It involved Verbiage proper Hospitality Etiquette and much more, it was the best raining I ever had and stuck with me throughout my carrier. I have worked for the best resorts in the Valley Marriott properties, Biltmore, Boutique Resorts like Royal Palms and Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain. 2001 / 911 Hospitality was badly affected but not for long I went back to work in my beloved Industry. 2007 The rescission started. Hospitality was one of the first effected and It through me into a new calling \"Staffing\". It started with the need to make ends meet I started picking up temporary work through a staffing agency \" Labor Sytems\" shortly after they hired me on directly. I worked with other agency after that Like \"Integrity Staffing\" Staffing for Amazon, and \"Human Capital Management\" staffing call centers. 2013 I was offered a position with ESW Staffing by Michelle Hansen who is now my partner with Rogue Events. ESW Staffing brought me full circle with my first love, and I was again working and living the Hospitality lifestyle. 2019 Covid hit, almost overnight everything closed down. Our Office closed down. Another associate and I were kept on payroll through Covid. It was a rough experienced, but I am grateful for it because it taught me a lot. 2021 an old associate and good friend reached out to me and offered me a position at the Phoenix Convention Center, I accepted and for almost 2yrs I worked there before I joined forces with Michelle at Rogue Events. Now I have the best of both worlds Staffing and Hospitality. 20••••24 and beyond. With 35 yrs in Hospitality and a lifetime in Food and Beverage. I am unstoppable.
