For the past 18+ years, as a Senior IT Program/Project Management, I have gained invaluable experience in leveraging management experience and technical expertise to spearhead the execution of multiple IT projects that accomplish strategic business goals and drive organizational growth. A few of the achievements I have accomplished include: Oversees cross-functional teams across the globe in managing $10M+ worth of IT projects, accomplishing annual financial targets every year since taking up the role. Achieved ~10% in annual savings through the implementation of a cost reduction strategy, which included the automation of 10+ use cases per year across all projects, process improvements, application improvements, and seniority balance. Spearheaded the execution of 18 projects with total annual revenue of $10M for 15 unique customers, comprising the management of a portfolio of 300 applications, including mobile platforms, and cloud. Generated $1.8M in yearly revenue by managing mission-critical applications for a customer in the hospitality industry, in addition to saving $900K per year for a brewery industry customer under a project worth $2.7M in annual revenue. Helped generate $7M in annual revenue by participating in two proposals that resulted in the acquisition of two of the company\'s most valuable customers. Assisted a client in the systems integration of two acquired businesses in a year, in addition to fostering internal talent in Cobol to enable more effective responses to customer needs. Realized $50K in benefits as well as a significant improvement in gross project margins through the successful completion of a Black Belt project.
