I\'m a passionate, energetic and enthusiastic Project Manager with an eye for detail and drive to succeed. I\'ve managed multiple projects during my time at Tesco PLC, each project has varied in terms of length and budget and provided it\'s own unique challenge. Whilst delivering these projects I have always maintained an eye on driving continuous improvement for myself, my team and wider business. I thoroughly enjoy collaboration with others and pride myself on my empathetic approach and ability to form positive working relationships with those around me. I have, and continue to, focus heavily on my own professional and personal development which has driven me to complete both the APM Practitioner and MSP Foundation qualifications. As well as this I have placed huge emphasis on my own personal development plan geared towards building on my areas for development, as well as utilising my strengths.
