Provide support to drilling projects in the development and compliance with the planning and monitoring of drilling operations, AFE budgets, identification of contracting needs and bidding processes for the projects, all within the framework of the policies and guidelines established by the company- Technically and administratively support the project managers in the preparation and technical-economic evaluation of the projects, provision of materials for their subsequent contracting- Prepare drilling programs, well designs supporting the preparation, optimization and control of AFE\'s, daily operational monitoring of project execution, contract administration, cost control and drilling times- Support technical and logistical decisions during operations- Ensure the closure of AFE\'s of the projects within the agreed times- Manage and supervise contracts for the preparation, assembly, execution and monitoring of service contracts and material purchases, required for drilling projects on the two work fronts (offshore and onshore)- Control and direct the bidding processes of contracting for drilling, including the preparation of the technical conditions for each service to be tendered, define of the technical and economic evaluation criteria of all the proposals of the processes and issue award recommendations- Carry out technical inspections in the field to drilling contractors- Manage and follow up on approvals of drilling processes internally and with partners- Participate in the implementation of Engineering software.
