ABOUT JORGE LYRA
I’m a technology professional with over 10 years of experience in project management, holding a Bachelor\'s degree in Information Systems from the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE) and a certification in Agile Project Management. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in diverse project environments—Agile (SCRUM), hybrid, and traditional waterfall—taking on roles such as Product Owner, IT Consultant, and Product, Process, and Business Analyst. These experiences have shaped my holistic approach to problem-solving and strategy execution. I have a strong background in software development and systems implementation, always treating each solution as a product with its own lifecycle and metrics to guide continuous improvement. My toolkit includes Agile frameworks, Lean Inception, Management 3.0, Product Management, OKRs, Data Analysis, and BPMN-based process mapping.
