Train and monitor Master Control and Ingest Technicians in use of advanced broadcast automation, video/audio encoding and video tape equipment. Coordinate efforts and projects with other department leads including; Engineering, IT, News, Programming, Promotions and Traffic departments to assure seamless airplay and reception of content.
