Technical Manager with extensive experience in managing complex tunneling and precast production projects across global infrastructure sectors.Currently serving as Precast Manager at STRABAG UK, I lead technical operations at a segment factory supporting two major HS2 tunnel projects. I\'m responsible for overseeing the design and execution of the production process, including managing a static and automated production system for precast tunnel segments, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and coordinating between engineering, procurement, and production teams. I also manage technical software development for production tracking and monitor the performance of all technical operations on-site.In my previous role as Technical Site Manager for the Alto Maipo Hydro Project in Chile, I successfully support and managed the day-to-day technical operations of the Las Lajas Tailrace Tunnel, overseeing tunnel excavation using a TBM, and collaborating closely with engineering teams to provide technical solutions. I also led the planning for the dismantling of the TBM and supported the lead team incharge of final tunnel support phase, ensuring safety and technical compliance throughout the process.Earlier, as a Site Manager and Site Engineer in the segment factory for the Alto Maipo project, I led technical and operation teams to produce precast segments for multiple tunnel boring machine projects. I was directly involved in the start-up, production, and final dismantling of the segment factory, and worked closely with the engineering, commercial, planning and procurement teams to ensure quality, safety, and operational efficiency.My technical expertise includes Project Management and Engineering, Production Management, Site Management, TBM Technical Office and Operations, Quality Control, and lean manufacturing, with a strong focus on ensuring the technical success of large-scale infrastructure projects.
